1. SCOPE AND RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER DOCUMENTS

This Policy applies only to technologies used on Vexara's own Site. It does not govern cookies or similar technologies used on a customer's website, application, email campaign, or system merely because Vexara develops, hosts, maintains, configures, or supports that property. For customer properties, the customer ordinarily determines the purposes and configuration, supplies the applicable notice and consent or opt-out mechanism, and remains responsible for its legal obligations, subject to the applicable Master Services Agreement, Order Form, and Data Processing Addendum.

The U.S. Website Privacy Policy explains the broader collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information, including state privacy rights. The Website Terms of Use govern use of the Site. If this Policy conflicts with the Privacy Policy concerning personal-information practices, the Privacy Policy controls.

2. WHAT COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES ARE

A cookie is a small text file that a website places on a browser or device so the website or another party can recognize that browser or device, remember information, or receive information about activity. Cookies may be "session" cookies, which generally expire when the browser closes, or "persistent" cookies, which remain until their stated expiry or earlier deletion.

Similar technologies include pixels or web beacons, tags, scripts, local or session storage, and software tools that record interactions or transmit information. In this Policy, "cookies" includes these technologies unless the context requires otherwise. A "first-party" cookie is set through Vexara's Site domain. A "third-party" cookie or technology is supplied or controlled by another provider whose service is integrated into the Site.

3. WHY WE USE COOKIES

Technologies deployed on the Site may fall into the following categories. Schedule A identifies the current technologies, providers, purposes, and lifespans.

Strictly necessary. Typical functions: Security, fraud prevention, load balancing, network delivery, form operation, authentication, session management, consent records, and other functions needed to provide a feature you request. User control: Generally cannot be disabled through the cookie manager; browser blocking may impair the Site.

Preferences / functionality. Typical functions: Remembering language, region, display, form, accessibility, or other interface choices and providing enhanced features. User control: Manage through the Cookie Settings link where offered, or through browser controls.

Analytics / performance. Typical functions: Measuring visits, navigation, engagement, errors, traffic sources, and performance so we can understand and improve the Site and campaigns. User control: Wix Analytics is used to measure website visits, page views, visitor interaction and website performance. Analytics cookies and similar technologies are used only after the visitor has provided consent through the cookie banner. Visitors can change or withdraw their consent at any time via the Cookie Settings link.

Advertising / targeting. Typical functions: Measuring advertising, attributing referrals, limiting repetition, building or using audiences, or presenting advertising based on activity across services, only if enabled. User control: Advertising and marketing cookies may be used to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, deliver relevant advertising and limit how often an advertisement is shown. Such cookies are used only after the visitor has provided consent through the cookie banner. Visitors can change or withdraw their consent at any time via the Cookie Settings link.

Strictly necessary is a functional description, not a label for every cookie set before a choice. A cookie should be placed in that category only when it is reasonably necessary for security, communications, a requested feature, or another core operation rather than analytics or advertising.

4. INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH COOKIES

Depending on the Site's configuration, cookies may collect or generate IP address; cookie, browser, device, session, account, or advertising identifiers; browser and operating-system information; device type and settings; general location inferred from IP; referring and exit pages; pages, links, forms, and features used; dates, times, duration, scrolls, clicks, and other interaction events; error, performance, fraud, and security signals; campaign or referral data; and consent or opt-out records.

Do not enter sensitive personal information in a general Site form unless Vexara specifically requests it through an appropriate channel.

5. THIRD-PARTY TECHNOLOGIES

The Site may use actual providers for hosting, security, forms, scheduling, embedded media, analytics, communications, customer-relationship management, payment processing, or advertising. A provider may receive information through its technology when a page or feature loads or when you interact with it. Depending on its role and contract, the provider may process information for Vexara or independently under its own privacy terms.

Schedule A identifies deployed technologies rather than merely possible vendors. Whether a provider acts only for Vexara or processes information for its own purposes depends on the particular technology, configuration, and contractual terms. Where relevant, the provider's own privacy notice explains its independent practices.

6. YOUR COOKIE CHOICES

Cookie settings

Use (COOKIE SETTINGS LINK) to review or change available choices. If a banner or preference center is used, non-essential technologies will be configured in accordance with the selections presented and applicable law. Withdrawing or changing a choice applies prospectively and should be as accessible as making the original choice. A preference cookie may be retained to remember your selection.

Browser and device controls

Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies and may permit site-specific controls. Device settings may provide additional controls for advertising identifiers or tracking. Instructions vary by browser and device. Deleting cookies may also delete a stored preference, requiring you to make the choice again. If we can reasonably associate the signal with an authenticated account, we will apply it to the account as required. A signal generally must be enabled separately on each browser or device.

Do Not Track

Because there is no uniform industry standard for browser "Do Not Track" signals, the Site does not respond to them unless required by law. This does not affect our treatment of GPC or another legally recognized opt-out preference signal.

7. SALE, SHARING, AND TARGETED ADVERTISING

Vexara does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. If optional advertising or cross-site measurement technologies are enabled, disclosure of identifiers and Internet or other electronic-network activity to their providers may be treated by some U.S. state laws as a "sale," "sharing," or processing for targeted advertising even when no money changes hands.

Current 12-month status: (OPTION A: Vexara did not sell or share personal information through Site cookies and did not use Site cookies for targeted advertising.) (OPTION B: Vexara may have disclosed identifiers and Internet or other electronic-network activity through optional advertising or analytics technologies in a manner treated as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.)

Where an opt-out right applies, use (COOKIE SETTINGS LINK), select any "Your Privacy Choices" or "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link presented on the Site, submit a request through privacy@vexara.ltd, or use a recognized opt-out preference signal. Vexara does not knowingly sell or share through Site cookies the personal information of persons under 16.

8. RETENTION

A session cookie ordinarily expires when the browser session ends. A persistent cookie remains until the expiry shown in Schedule A, until its purpose ends, or until you or the provider deletes it. Vexara retains cookie-derived information only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, including Site operation, security, analytics, preference management, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement. Aggregated or deidentified information may be retained where it cannot reasonably be linked to you and is maintained subject to applicable restrictions.

Cookie lifespans and server-side retention are not always the same. Schedule A should state the lifespan of the browser technology; the Privacy Policy describes the criteria used for retaining associated personal information.

9. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY OR THE COOKIE INVENTORY

We may update this Policy prospectively when technologies, providers, purposes, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version and update the date above. If a change materially alters the use of personal information, we will provide any additional notice, choice, or consent required by law. Routine changes to an accurately described provider, cookie name, or lifespan may be reflected in Schedule A or the live preference center.

SCHEDULE A. CURRENT COOKIE AND TECHNOLOGY INVENTORY

This inventory identifies technologies deployed on the production Site. An asterisk in a cookie name indicates a genuine variable suffix. A technology that does not use a browser cookie is identified as local storage, pixel, tag, script, or another applicable technology.

This Schedule A describes the principal cookies and similar technologies currently used on the Site. These technologies are primarily provided by Wix.com Ltd. and its affiliates (“Wix”) and are used to ensure the secure, stable and functional operation of the Site.

The Site uses the cookie XSRF-TOKEN, which is an essential security cookie used to protect the Site against fraud and to ensure that requests made through the Site are legitimate. It is typically stored only for the duration of the browser session.
